Faculty and students in the College of Engineering work collaboratively with the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics

Research in medical imaging enables non-invasive assessment of anatomy and physiology, detection and tracking of disease, and guides therapeutic interventions. Active research collaborations are also ongoing with the Veterans Administration hospital and the College of Public Health.
