Nicole Grosland, College of Engineering associate dean for academic programs and professor of biomedical engineering, is being honored among 16 faculty athletics representatives across the nation for significant contributions, the National Football Foundation (NFF) & College Hall of Fame announced on Thursday.

Nicole Grosland Named ELATES Fellow in National Leadership Program

Nicole M. Grosland has been selected for the Class of 2022-2023 of Drexel University’s Executive Leadership in Academic Technology, Engineering and Science (ELATES) program. The ELATES program is a national leadership development program designed to promote women in academic STEM fields, and faculty allies of all genders, into institutional leadership roles.

BME Associate Professor Receives Prestigious Fulbright Award to Study Regenerative Medicine in Ireland

James Ankrum, has been selected for a Fulbright Scholar Award in Ireland for the 2022-2023 academic year. Ankrum will be working with colleagues at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), to develop new tools in the field of regenerative medicine for surgeons to promote healing of large and complicated wounds.
