Dean Ann McKenna provided an update on several administrative transitions underway this semester. The appointments will become effective on July 1.

Departmental Executive Officers

	Allen Bradley reappointed as DEO of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, 2024-2026.
	Yong Chen appointed as DEO of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, 2024-2029.
	Gary Christensen appointed as DEO of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, 2024-2029.
	Jun Wang appointed as DEO of the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, 2024-2029.

Associate Deans and Center Directors

	Karim Abdel-Malek will serve as interim director of the Iowa Technology Institute until a successor is identified.
	Nicole Grosland reappointed as associate dean for academic programs, 2024-2028.
	Suresh Raghavan named to the newly created position of associate dean for graduate education.
	Larry Weber, director of IIHR—Hydroscience and Engineering, will serve as interim director of the Iowa Flood Center, effective July 1, 2024.

McKenna offered a special thank you to Er-Wei Bai for serving as DEO of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering for the past 10 years.
