Matt joined the University of Iowa’s Center for Advancement in 2016 as associate director of development for the College of Engineering and has served as our director of development since 2019. Having worked with Matt for the past four years and seen his passion for our college’s mission, I am delighted to continue to work with him as we connect with donors and alumni whose support for our college helps advance our research, enhance our facilities, and support our students.

Matt has an outstanding track record of building and stewarding relationships with individuals interested in enhancing the work of our college through philanthropic giving. I am eager to continue my work with Matt over the next six months, and I am certain that his insight and experience will provide an invaluable resource to Dean Nembhard when she comes to campus.
