Three University of Iowa undergraduate students have earned scholarships from Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE).

Laura Hult, a junior in global health studies, and Melissa Adrian, a sophomore in statistics and mathematics, each received the $1,500 Carol Fethke WiSE Scholarship.

Rachel Harder, a junior in biochemistry, earned a $2,375 J. Lynn Stoll Scholarship.

Both scholarships are awarded annually by WiSE, a UI program that focuses on helping females in all the STEM majors, despite its name specifying just science and engineering.
