As employers are scrambling to find applications with STEM qualifications, UV+EB Technology magazine has published a cover feature on how the UI Chemical and Biochemical Engineering program is reaching out to high school students and undergrads to steer them toward relevant graduate programs. In addition, the story shows how the UI is working with industry leaders to cooperate on research initiatives and to create short courses to enhance the knowledge and skills of current employees.

The story shows Julie Jessop, associate professor of chemical and biochemical engineering, and student Elliott Glenn.

UV+EB Technology magazine is the official magazine of RadTech International North America, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of ultraviolet and electron beam curing technologies.
