ECE PhD student wins Best Student Paper Award at international symposium

Finley, a PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Iowa, received the "Best Student Paper" award at the 2020 IS&T International Symposium on Electronic Imaging. His paper presented a novel method for compressing 3D range geometry, applicable in various fields including medicine, manufacturing, and entertainment.

Harriet Nembhard named new dean of College of Engineering

ECE PhD student wins Ballard and Seashore Dissertation Award
