Xi Chen

Biography

Xi Chen is a postdoctoral research scholar at the Iowa Technology Institute. She received a bachelor's degree in atmospheric science from Nanjing University in China in June 2012 and a PhD in atmospheric physics and atmospheric environment from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing in June 2017. Her research focuses on aerosol and carbon dioxide remote sensing from satellite observations. Her current work includes the study of non-spherical dust remote sensing and its impact on CO2 retrieval.
