A graduate of the University of Iowa College of Engineering (BS, 1995), Jaymie Lynn Oehler exemplified academic excellence as a recipient of the prestigious Hancher-Finkbine Award and NSF Graduate Research Fellowship. After completing her MS in electrical and computer engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1997, she built an impressive career in Silicon Valley's startup ecosystem.

Following more than two decades as a partner at OnCron Engineering, where she provided consulting expertise in global positioning systems, unmanned aircraft, avionics, embedded systems, and network security, Oehler joined uAvionix as the VP of Engineering. She is recognized for her exceptional ability to build and lead distributed engineering teams while tackling complex technical challenges in aviation and networking technologies.
