Why did you choose the University of Iowa? I wanted to be supported rather than weeded out, I liked the smaller size of the engineering college, and it was the most affordable place to go.

Do you belong to any organizations outside of the college of engineering? Not currently, did Hawkeye Marching Band for a little while.

What is your favorite class that you have taken at the University of Iowa? Energy and Society

What are you interested in pursuing after graduation? I am interested in pursuing Project Management, as it will give me the chance to travel and work with people to implement important projects.

Advice for incoming students? My advice for incoming students is to get involved and to make sure to balance schoolwork with having fun. The time goes fast, and you don’t want to look back with regrets.

What is your favorite place you have traveled to? Spokane, WA

What are some of your hobbies? I enjoy learning Spanish, running, and playing chess.

What is your favorite place to eat in Iowa City? Saigon’s Corner

Fun fact about you? I grew up on a farm where my family raised (among other things) popcorn.
