The Tinker Process Safety Awards, sponsored by CBE alum Sharon Tinker, were held this spring in CBE. Participating students were to complete a project based on an incident investigation report to compete for the top prize. First prize went to Anthony Shirazi and runners up were Nina Laskowiecki and Jared Parr.
All participants were awarded a cash prize and a process safety book titled "Incidents That Define Process Safety" and was written by John Atherton and Frederic Gil.
