Engineering alumnus Ofer Sivan (BSE 2003 electrical engineering) has been named to the Corridor Business Journal's distinguished group of Forty Under 40.

The annual Forty under 40 awards recognize forty leaders under the age of 40 who are making a difference in the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City, IA, Corridor. Nominations were taken in late summer, and honorees were chosen by a panel of the previous year’s winners. A reception, dinner, and awards ceremony will be held October 23.

Sivan is owner of Oasis Falafel LLC, an Iowa City Mediterranean restaurant.
