How long have you worked at the College of Engineering?
I started in COE on 8/4/25 but have worked at the University of Iowa for 11 years, previously in the College of Medicine, Internal Medicine.
What is important to you about your role on ESAC?
I feel like we are always thinking of things to improve our daily work like and our colleagues work life. I want to be part of this group to help facilitate those ideas.
What are your hobbies?
When I am not working I enjoy anything outdoors, Hawkeye Football, playing cards with family and friends, and reading.
What is your favorite place to visit in the area?
My favorite place to visit in the area is my Mom and Dad’s cabin with a pond north of North English IA. But outside of Iowa, Montana is my favorite place to visit. My sister and family live there as well as my daughter went to Montana State and is now moving back there.
