Natalie Dejardin joined the college as a department administrator for the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering in April 2023. Natalie has worked for the University for more than 18 years in various roles such as HR coordinator (Division of Student Life), program coordinator (Tippie College of Business), assistant to the associate dean/assistant registrar (College of Engineering), and a clerk IV (Central HR).
