Continental Crossings is associated with the nonprofit organization of Engineers in Action (EIA).  Historically, our primary focus has been to connect students to projects with EIA in the form of building pedestrian footbridges in Bolivia, Eswatini, and Ecuador.

Our main goal is to educate and train students in various aspects of international travel and service, such as the importance of cross-cultural communication and the risks of voluntourism. On campus, we work on projects that will impact the local community, host workshops, and connect students with opportunities such as internships with EIA, in addition to our international travel and service trainings.
