Handshake is the University's premier online recruiting system designed to connect students with employers and opportunities. 

Students can search for companies and positions, upload a resume to be viewable by employers, apply for on-campus interviews, find student employment opportunities, and MORE! Each UI student has a Handshake account already set-up. Click on the HawkID Login button HERE and enter your hawkid and hawkid password to activate your account, update your profile, and access your new dashboard.
