• Lead/coordinate TA training
• Host thank-you and networking events
• Coordinate with college on PULSE results and follow-up actions
• Develop senior student video series focused on early struggles in college, overcoming those struggles, and sense of belonging and purpose in engineering

The committee's 2022-2023 priorities were:

• Recruit, train, and support student ambassadors
• Enhance ongoing CBE-wide faculty discussion on adoption of research-based best practices for teaching
• Support creation of robust evidence-based recruiting and retention plans
• Create and monitor an anonymous virtual suggestion box
• Develop student support content for electronic kiosk
• Support department-wide recruiting efforts with easily deployable outreach kits
• Monitor efficacy of recent improvements regarding TA resources
• Host thank-you and networking events
