What is one piece of advice you would give to an incoming freshman?

Take care of yourself both physically and mentally throughout your life at the University of Iowa. Make use of your time by doing things that cause you happiness and keep positive energy in you. Ask for help when you need it, this is the great first step to ensure success.

What have you been involved with outside of the COE?

I have worked on construction projects around campus with University of Iowa, Facilities Management. I have done surveying work and completed a number of math checks for change orders on the UIHC at forever green hospital project in North liberty.

What has been your favorite or most impactful course?

Single Variable Calculus

What organizations inside the college of engineering do you belong to?

I belong to American Society of Civil engineers, Society of Women engineers, Student advancement network and International Student Advisory Board.

What is your favorite part about being a student at The University of Iowa?

Showing my Hawkeye spirit by watching women's basket ball games in Carver Arena.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time at The University of Iowa?

I like watching Premier League soccer games, hanging out with friends and trying out international foods.
