ME Senior Design Application Form AY25-26

This form should only be completed by students planning to take one of the full-year capstone design courses (Industry PEDE, Naval PEDE, VIPT) beginning in Fall 2025. Students who intend to complete a one-semester capstone design course instead should register directly in ME:4086:0001 in the desired semester.

Important: Students completing one of these capstone design options MUST take at least one of ME:4048 Energy Systems Design or ME:4055 Mechanical Systems Design as a co-requisite. Taking both courses is strongly recommended. Students who are not registered in at least one of these courses will be administratively dropped from the capstone design course prior to the start of the fall semester. Therefore, do not complete this form if you will not be taking at least one of the co-requisites in the fall semester.
