Engineering Student Council (ESC) is a comprehensive organization affiliated with the College of Engineering that acts as the liaison between the undergraduate student body and the Dean's Office. Engineering Student Council supports engineering students by offering advice, supplemental funding to student organizations, and a voice between engineering faculty, student organizations, and the student body. Engineering Student Council holds monthly meetings as well as student and community outreach events throughout the academic year and invites all students to attend. Engineering Student Council also has an affiliation with the National Association of Engineering Student Councils (NAESC).

All engineering students may submit suggestions for improvement of Seamans Center facilities, technology, or the College of Engineering in general through Engage. Engineering student organizations are also able to submit funding requests to Engineering Student Council through this same location.
