Pursue anything that you are interested in; you never know where it could lead!
What organizations outside the college of engineering do you belong to?
Society of Women Engineers, Institute for Industrial and Systems Engineers, Daum Desk Clerk, Student Ambassador.
Have you had any international experience? If so, where did you go, for how long, and what did you do?
Yes! I studied abroad in Paderno del Grappa, Italy for CIMBA study abroad! It was a one month trip and I studied Thermodynamics and Italian.
How are you an "engineer ... and something more"?
I am also a student employee at Daum Residence Hall! I have worked at the front desk there for three years now.
Is there something else you'd like to tell us about yourself?
I am also a dog mom to a beautiful, chubby beagle!
What is your favorite part about being a student at The University of Iowa?
I love the small college feel and recognizing people in my classes!
Who is your favorite professor and why?
Professor Pennathur. She teaches Human Factors, something I am very interested, and is a great person! She has lots of great insight and is always willing to help.

I have recently taken up cross stitching and embroidery!
