Join us in welcoming Daniel Sewell, professor within the Department of Biostatistics of the College of Public Health at the University of Iowa, to the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering Graduate Seminar. Dr. Sewell will present his seminar titled "From Data to Decisions: How to leverage the networks in which we are embedded to improve health outcomes."
In this workshop, students will be able to define mindfulness & mindfulness meditation practice, understand why it’s helpful, and learn new meditations to cope with stress.
