All thank you letters are reviewed by HCC tutors through eTutoring appointments. To sign up for an appointment, go to the Hanson Center schedule.
Once you have completed your HCC appointment, follow these steps:
- Make revisions as suggested by your tutor.
- Update the date on the letter if it isn’t within the last two days.
- Print one copy of your final letter. Mail this directly to your donor.
- Email a copy of your final letter to April Tippett at email@example.com. The Hanson Center does not need a final copy.
