• Inverse Problems in Biomedical Imaging, Signal and Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence.
  
• Novel MRI acquisition and reconstruction method design: Non-Cartesian Imaging, Constrained reconstruction, Data-driven models (eg. low-rank, sparsity, deep learning based).
  
• Current application interests include real time MRI of moving organs (eg. vocal tract, cardio-pulmonary system), dynamic contrast enhanced MRI for tumor characterization, first pass cardiovascular perfusion MRI.
